Enhanced 1.5" Inner Belt

We took our old inner belt and changed it up a bit, by adding a Acetal Looploc so that you can cinch down on the belt.  The construction consists of doubled 17737 or 46638 webbing that is sewn together and then the Velcro Loop is sewn over the outside.  There is about 6" total of up/down movement in the sizing.
