The Jones Tactical 2" Molle Duty Belt is our version of our standard inner/outer gun belt system with the addition of MOLLE/PALS webbing added to the outside of the belt.
The outer belt is constructed with 2" stiff scuba webbing that is double layered, and sewn with MIL SPEC #69 thread. There is 1.5" Hook Velcro all the way around the inside of the outer belt. There is a 2" by 8" strip of Hook Velcro for the closure, to accommodate for various sizes.
The outer belt has Mil Spec 1" webbing that has been folded and sewn together to make 1/2" MOLLE webbing. It is then sewn to the top and bottom edges of the belt on 1.5" spacing. The belt is designed to move up and down about 3", for a total of 6" overall. This belt is designed not to roll, even with leg holsters/platforms. Each belt is custom made to the users specifications.
